Mr. Bowman is the principal designer and consultant for many of the training programs and courses developed by BowMac Educational Services. His experience includes law enforcement and the fire service, college level teaching, criminal justice and public safety training, multimedia and performance support system design, and public administration. Steve's research, organizational and documentation skills, combined with instructional and facilitating expertise, add tremendous value to any project. |

Mr. McNall graduated from the University of Dayton and the Detroit Police Academy in 1968 initiating a 38-year career in Field Service, Management, Training and Consulting in Law Enforcement. His experience includes management of a major police academy, nationally recognized consultant and trainer in the areas of School Violence, Critical Incident Management, Interviewing, Project Planning and Problem Solving. He currently serves as the President of BowMac Educational Services, Inc. and BowMac Software, Inc.

Ms. Dunn joined BowMac in 2003, bringing over 20 years of experience in police and emergency management training to her position as Technical Specialist. Prior to joining BowMac, she served as Operations Coordinator for the regional Public Safety Training Center at Monroe Community College, where she was responsible for computer network administration, database development, resource management, and web design. Kathy provides technical and administrative support for both companies.

In his 32 years of service with the Rochester Police Department, Mr. Faggiano commanded patrol, investigative and administrative divisions within the department at the highest levels. He is a nationally-recognized Critical Incident Management trainer and is the coordinator for the design and delivery of this program for BowMac Educational Services. Additionally, he is our lead instructor for our Officer-Involved Shooting course.

Mr. Hall joined BowMac Software, Inc. in 2001 after a 30-year career with the University of Rochester, including 20 years as University Fire Marshal. He also served as a Safety Officer for Strong Memorial Hospital, an affiliate of the U of R, where he was responsible for implementing a nationally-recognized hospital incident management system. John is an expert in the field of fire safety and has trained and consulted for several prominent hospitals in New York City. Mr. Hall now serves as a technical advisor and field trainer for BowMac.

Mr. Mustardo received a BA from the University of Maine in 1974, MPA from Maxwell School of Syracuse University in 1976 and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1980. Early in his career, Al was in public service working in the Monroe County Department of Public Safety and the District Attorney Office Career Criminal Bureau. For the last 25 years, he has been Owner/Vice President of Sales and Engineering for Magnus Manufacturing. Magnus is a world-class manufacturer of aerospace, medical, and industrial components. Al joined BowMac Software in February, 2006 as VP of Sales.

Mr. Rooksby distinguished himself in two careers, one as a law enforcement officer and a second as an instructional designer and data base developer. Howard served with New York's Monroe County Sheriff's Office for 25 years rising to the rank of Major. He retired from the agency to pursue his interest in computing in the private sector as the principal architect of an interactive, self paced training program for airport security screener personnel that is currently used world wide. Howard continued his innovative design through data base development of Web-based emergency planning systems for BowMac Software. Sadly, Howard recently lost his battle with Cancer. He will be profoundly missed.

Ms. Schoenfeldt is the prime consultant behind BowMac Software's "Aftermath" program. She is certified through the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation as a Trauma Specialist and has a Board Certification in School Crisis Response through the American Academy of Traumatic Stress Specialists. Mary has been working with schools and communities in the area of safety and crisis response for over 15 years and is internationally known. She has served in an advisory capacity to the U.S. Department of Education, Disaster International, the Humane Society, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of America.
